How can I find out which mirror size fits in my bathroom / guest toilet?

If you are not sure what size your new HOKO bathroom mirror should be, it is best to cut a piece of cardboard to the appropriate size (you can find the mirror dimensions in our respective article text). Hold the cut-out piece of cardboard in the designated place. This way you can easily see whether the desired mirror size will fit in your bathroom / guest toilet.

Is an LED bathroom mirror sufficient as the only light source in the bathroom / guest toilet?

We do not recommend using an LED illuminated wall mirror as the sole light source. The light from LED illuminated mirrors highlights the reflection and is not sufficient to illuminate an entire room.

Can the LED lighting in the mirrors be dimmed?

We have LED bathroom mirrors with dimmable light. Not all mirrors have this additional function. You can find the details in the product description of the respective mirror.

Can you change the light color on the LED mirrors?

We have LED bathroom mirrors where the light color can be changed (cold white / warm white / neutral white). Not all mirrors have this additional function. You can find the details in the product description of the respective mirror.

Can LED illuminated HOKO mirrors be switched on and off using a wall switch?

Our LED bathroom mirrors can be operated using the touch switches integrated into the mirror surface or via a wall switch.
Our mirrors are conveniently connected to the power supply (and are not visible when installed) directly to the existing wall cable, which is connected to the wall switch. This means that this LED light mirror can be conveniently switched on and off using the light switch.

Do the HOKO LED mirrors have a toggle switch or a touch switch?

All of our LED illuminated bathroom mirrors have touch switches integrated into the mirror surface. Our comfortable touch switches respond to the light touch of your finger.

What is a mirror heater and how does it work?

Many of our bathroom mirrors have an anti-fog function on the mirror surface. This prevents fogging when the humidity in the bathroom is high. The anti-fog function is NOT used to heat the room, as it only slightly warms the mirror surface.

The anti-fog function / mirror heating is activated by lightly touching the anti-fog sensor switch.

Not all mirrors have this additional function. You can find the details in the product description of the respective mirror.

How do I turn on the mirror heating?

Just like the light function, the mirror heating is switched on with a touch switch integrated into the mirror surface. Mirrors that have an anti-fog function are equipped with two touch switches (the respective switches are marked with a symbol). Our LED illuminated touch switches react to a light touch of the finger. Detailed operating instructions are included with each mirror.

How do I turn off the mirror heating?

There are two ways to turn off the anti-fog function:
1. Automatic switch-off of the mirror heating after about 60 minutes.
2. Manually switch off the function by lightly touching the sensor switch. Detailed operating instructions are included with each mirror.

How are HOKO bathroom mirrors connected to the power supply? With a plug or directly to the cable?

The connection to the existing power cable is made (on the back of the mirror) with a terminal block.
HOKO bathroom mirrors do not have a plug for a socket.

What mounting accessories do I need to attach the wall mirror?

All mounting accessories (screws, dowels, wall mounting) are included with HOKO mirrors. All you need is the tools for mounting. Detailed operating instructions are included with each mirror.

What do I need to pay particular attention to when installing the wall mirror?

IMPORTANT: Please check BEFORE installation whether there are any power lines or water pipes in the intended location! If you are unsure, consult a specialist.
After the wall bracket is attached to the wall, carefully hang the mirror into the wall bracket.
Our mirrors have a foam protective strip on the back. This serves to protect the tiles.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the mirror is securely hanging in the wall bracket using the metal frame. Please be careful NOT to hang the mirror in the wall bracket using the foam strip.

Are there bathroom mirrors with a built-in digital clock?

We have LED bathroom mirrors with an integrated digital clock. The clock is integrated into the mirror, the mirror glass is continuous and the surface is NOT interrupted by the clock. This means that the mirror can be cleaned as normal despite the clock.

How do you set the time on the bathroom mirror?

The clock on the bathroom mirror is set using the touch switch on the mirror. Detailed operating instructions are included with each mirror.

How can I see when my order will be delivered?

We will send you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number for parcel tracking with DPD on the Internet or in the DPD app, which our shipping partner DPD provides for you. This way you can see the current status of your parcel and the planned delivery.

How much are the shipping costs?

We ship free of charge within Germany.

19 Euros delivery costs to France, Italy, Austria, Belgium and Netherlands.

I haven't received my order. What can I do?

Please contact us if you have any doubts about the deliverability of a shipment or if the estimated delivery date has been exceeded by 7 working days. We will take care of it.

How can I return an item if I don't like it?

To ensure that your return can be processed as quickly as possible, we ask you to proceed as follows (the process described below is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your legal right of withdrawal, but it makes processing easier for us)

- You will receive all the information you need for the return from our customer service, such as the return label.

- You will receive the return label from us by email. Please use this return label for your return. Please pack the item carefully in the original box in which we sent the goods to you.

- Please make sure that the first label we sent you with your order is no longer visible. Please remove this completely before shipping or cover it with the return label.

Who pays for return shipping in case of cancellation?

I have returned an item. When will I receive a refund?

As soon as we receive the return, we will inspect the item and then refund the purchase price.
